Fallout new vegas freezes on loading screen

It is really frustrating when these issues begin to show up when you are trying to play as engaging a game as Fallout. Windows 10 has been updated a few times, and users are having many problems, such as crashes, freezes, and stuttering, when playing Fallout New Vegas.
